21 days to change your story of limitation to one of an amazing life. We all have a story or program that defines how we show up in life. That is the “mind chatter” running in the background telling you what you can or can’t do. For most it is an unconscious compilation of programming from various sources such as parents, friends, teachers, bosses, co-workers, etc telling us who they think we are. BAPs are a concentrated program to help you re-write that story

Over a background of soft music, Two different voices, one in each ear, give positive statements of who you are. These are not subliminal or “hypnosis” recordings. So, you don’t have to worry about what is being said or if anything at all because you can hear what is recorded. Your conscious mind tends to focus on one of the voices allowing the statements of the other to be directly absorbed to your subconscious to begin re-writing the story that rules your life. At first your mind chatter may tend to argue with the voice it is focusing on. Then, after listening to the CD for a period of time, you will find your self talk agreeing with these amazing statements about yourself. That is when you know the BAPs are working and have helped you to "clean house" in your thoughts.

use them twice a day for 21 days straight. The best time to listen is right before going to sleep and as you are waking up in the morning. You should always use headphones when listening to BAPs to get the true effect. As you are listening to them, allow your attention to go where it naturally wants to. At first, you will probably notice that your attention falls to one voice and that the “mind chatter” may resist what it is saying. This is natural and allows the other voice to speak directly to the subconscious with positive reprogramming. You will notice after several days that you will begin to lose attention to both voices or that the mind chatter will start to agree with what it is focused on and even reaffirm it. This is when you know the BAPs are truly taking effect. After 21 days, the new positive programming is firmly placed so that your natural thoughts are on your greatest in that area. You will want to listen to the BAPs periodically after the initial period to reinforce the programming and counteract any new negative programming from your environment.

Notice: It is not recommended that you use BAPs while driving. While they are not subliminal or hypnotic recordings, some people go into a mild trance state easily possibly creating a dangerous situation.
