Elmas discovered after adulthood that his name did have a meaning... It is Turkish for Diamond. Knowing that everyone is a diamond just waiting to shine lead him to name his mission of revealing people's greatness Diamond Creators.
Background: Elmas has a BS from Auburn University and went on to receive an MBA from Tulane University. He is also a graduate of the "million dollar speaker training". Most recently he earned his certificate in Life Coaching from the Southwest Institute Healing Arts.
Through the years he has started many businesses ranging in scope from retail to manufacturing to service related. Southwest Institute Healing Arts (SWIHA) has added Elmas to their amazing staff of instructors. At SWIHA he has taught classes in Entrepreneurship, Public Presentation and Life Coaching.
Elmas is co-host of the radio show Finding Your Diamond and was formeley the voice of the "Great Therapist" radio show.
Coaching: Elmas has coached a wide range of areas and clients but now focuses his coaching on a few key areas.
The first area of focus is Self-Employment coaching. With his wide business background, he can coach a client through any and all aspects of creating and building a business. Even if someone does not know who they want to be when they grow up, He is skilled at finding the hidden passion and purpose to create a career/business so that a client never has to work again since they love what they do.
With public speaking being his true passion, Speaker/Seminar Coaching is natural coaching turf for Elmas. Here he coaches clients on one of the best ways to expose yourself and your business to the world... public speaking. His focus is on being yourself and letting your passion touch your audience.
The next niche area for Elmas' is Transformational/Impact Coaching. In this area of coaching, he focuses on clients who know there is more for them in life but they don't know what it is or how to overcome blocks keeping them from what life truly holds for them.
His final area of coaching came as quite a shock for Elmas but has ended up being a passion point for him, Young Adult Coaching. Here Elmas takes young adults from 16 - 25 before they hide their dreams and purpose on a shelf and helps guide them on becoming the best they can be. He has found a love coaching in this arena by helping people live an amazing life from the start rather than having to re-create their story in adulthood.
Although he believes in on-going, accountability coaching, that is not his style. A typical coaching relationship with Elmas involves weekly sessions for the first month to discover the clients passion and create a launch to success, followed by every other week sessions the second month to insure the process keeps taking off and on track with "relighting" sessions every four to six weeks to remotivate and reallign.
